Senator Ned Nwoko, a Nigerian lawmaker and businessman, has reportedly ordered the arrest of the brother and sister of his fourth wife, actress Regina Daniels.

The alleged arrests come just days after Regina Daniels was said to have filed for divorce from the senator, citing domestic violence as her reason for leaving the marriage. In reaction to those claims, Nwoko publicly accused Regina of drug abuse, asserting that she was battling a substance problem.

However, in a dramatic turn of events on Monday, Regina Daniels took to social media to cry out for help, revealing that her elder brother and sister had been detained. She claimed that the arrests were part of her husband’s effort to compel her to enter a rehabilitation centre against her will.

In an emotional plea shared via her Instagram stories, the 24-year-old actress expressed distress over the unfolding situation, writing that she felt she was “losing her mind.” She alleged that Nwoko was using her family’s arrest as a tool of coercion, saying her younger sister might also be arrested if she refused to comply with his demand to return home and submit to rehabilitation.

Regina’s post read in part:

“Someone please, help me! I feel like I’m losing my mind. I never thought I’d ever have to say this publicly, but my big brother and sister have been arrested. My little sister could be next unless I go back and agree to rehab. Don’t even get me started on your stupid rehab story. You said I’m a drug addict what else do you want to call me? A prostitute? Must everything end in chaos just because one partner is no longer interested?”

Her revelation has intensified public attention on the couple’s alleged marital crisis, raising questions about abuse, manipulation, and the use of power in personal relationships.
